Andy Hamilton defeated Brendan Dolan 5-1 in his second group game in the Grand Slam of Darts last night. Although by no means a classic, a win is a win and the victory should see him through to the latter stages of the competition at the end of the week.

Hamilton’s last game in group F is on Wednesday where he will face Paul Nicholson to decide who goes through as group winner.
