Canning Town Cruiserweight Wadi Camacho fights Welshman Craig Kennedy this Friday in Merthyr Tydfil. The fight is over 8 rounds and will be shown live on Eurosport.

 

Camacho will be looking to get back to winning ways after his epic battle in June with Stephen Simmons for the WBC International Title.

 

The 29 year old has been sparring with Olympic Heavyweight Champion Anthony Joshua and former British Heavyweight Title challenger Mickey Steeds in preparation for Friday’s fight against the unbeaten Welshman.

 

Should Camacho be successful the opportunity to avenge defeat against Simmons could reappear as well as other lucrative fights in a weight division that boasts high profile stars like Nathan Cleverly and Tony Bellew.
