Nearly 10 years ago to the day George Groves and Carl Froch started a rivalry that compared to no other in British boxing.To say they hated each other would be a understatement. To celebrate the milestone anniversary JBD staged our first ever " an evening with " at the beautiful Hanbury Manor Hotel in Ware.  Thankfully time has smoothed the rivalry into something far more amicable, and now both former world champions are happy to announce themselves as firm friends. Paul Booth hosted our evening and we look forward to staging another event in March. Also attending was young heavywieght and Southern Area Champion Johhny Fisher. Fisher has a big future in front of him and we wish him well.
