Andy Hamilton made a fantastic start to his Mc Coys Premier League career when he defeated World number 3 James Wade 8-5 in Manchester in front of 8000 excited fans.

Hamilton now sits proudly at the top of the Premier League after the first week and will travel up to Aberdeen next Thursday to compete in the second stage of the SKY Sports 1 event.

Andy will be hoping to continue his good run of form when he, along with the rest of the JBD team Steve Brown, Jelle Klassen and Jamie Caven  play in the UK Open qualifiers this weekend (11th-12th Feb) in Crawley.
