Former World Champion and I'm a Celebrity TV Star Eric Bristow and Eastenders actor and comedian Ricky Grover entertained  a crowd of over 1000 people at a darts exhibition at Butlins Minehead on Sunday (19th April).


The two stars along with Former World Championship finalist Peter Manley and PDC Star Steve Brown appeared in JBD'S 14th event held over the last 3 years at the World famous resort.


Grover's comedy is extremely visual. There has clearly been years of hard work put in to make an act of that calibre. Grover already an outstanding actor, displays an ability to make changes and adapt his act to suit the audience he is playing to. He is genuinely funny.
In the case of Bristow it seems that the public have never forgotten that he was the one genuine Darts superstar of his generation. His popularity remains intact and if anything he seems more in tune with today’s society. The online generation of today only have to visit You Tube to witness why he is unique and why in a culture of celebrity for celebrities sake genuine talent still rules supreme. 

 

Both men will along with Steve Brown and Peter Manley be appearing at our next Butlins event in September.
