Darts star James Wade had a great time at Tunnel Barn Fishery. James, who has won the World Matchplay, World Series, Premier League,UK Open, Masters and European Championship in his illustrious darts career won, not only the singles title, but also the all important Target Sports Stars Fishing Championship team event on July 25th. Accompanied by Southern Area Heavyweight Champion Johnny Fisher, former Wasps second row player Steve Shortland and motor cross rider Hiroki Matsabura, Team Dalroad comfortably won the championship winning by a massive 129lb. The teams total weight was 296lb, some achievement bearing in mind the competition is only fished over 4 hours. 

The ITV4 broadcast show, which featured sporting names including, Barry Hearn, David Seaman, Gary Anderson, Kell Brook, George Groves, Adrian Lewis, Derek Redmond, Gail Emms, Rob Cross, Ebanie Bridges, Gary Newbon and Terri Harper, raised £24,000.00 pounds for our chosen charities.
